PROGRAMMERS AT THE NWS GATEWAY WILL BE UPGRADING THE SOFTWARE FOR THE
OSO ROUTER.  THIS IS SCHEDULED FOR 141045 (UTC) AND WILL TAKE FROM
30 TO 45 MINUTES.  THIS WILL HALT DATA TO THE NCF/SDM AND ALSO EFFECT
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WHICH UTILIZES THIS COMMUNICATION PATH. YOUR
PATIENCE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
