PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE:


The outage scheduled for Thursday March 22 at 6:15 EST (11:15 UTC) to
upgrade the operating system on the Telecommunications Operations Center
(TOC)
secure router (NWS Washington, DC) is canceled.  We will inform you when

we select a new date for the upgrade.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience that it may
cause.
