On September 27, 2001, the National Weather Service (NWS)
and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will
commission the FAA-sponsored ASOS at:
Perry Stokes Airport (KTAD)
Trinidad, Colorado
Commissioning will take place at approximately 1800 UTC.
With the commissioning of this site, 879 (313 NWS-sponsored
and 566 FAA-sponsored) of the 883 installed ASOSs will have
been commissioned.
