To all user of METEOSAT data in BUFR code
in BUFR code for global exchange
Further to our NOXX01 EDZW 010830 of 01 March 2002 we want
to inform you that with effect from 25 March 2002, 1200 UTC
additional METEOSAT data in BUFR code from the METEOSAT 6
Rapid Scanning Service (RSS) at 09 degrees West from the
Northern hemisphere (the full area for the RSS covers a
latitude range from approximately 10 N to 70 N) are
available for global distribution under the following
headings on request:
IRCN01-03 EUMS Clear-sky water vapour winds (WVW)
IRCN05-11 EUMS Cloud motion winds (CMW)
IRCN13-22 EUMS High resolution water vapour winds (HWW)
IRCN24-29 EUMS High resolution visible winds (HRV)
IRRN01-26 EUMS Clear-sky radiances (CSR).
