NCF IS ENCOUNTERING PROBLEMS AFFECTING THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS TO
THE SBN.  PRODUCTS ARE BEING DELAYED, BUT NOT LOST.  NCF ENGINEERS ARE
APPLYING A WORK AROUND TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM.  MORE DETAILS WILL BE
SENT AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE.
