RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING AND RECEIVING DATA FROM
NWSTG AT 1420Z.    A SECOND SWITCH WILL TAKE PLACE
AT APPROXIMATELY 1720Z.  THIS EXERCISE IS BEING
CONDUCTED TO VERIFY REDUNDANCY WITHIN THE ANCF SYSTEM.
