OUT DUE TO IBM PROBLEMS...HOWEVER IT IS AVAILABLE
NOW...ALBEIT LATE.  OTHER THAN THAT NCEP
PRODUCTION IS RUNNING ON TIME...THE ETA IS OUT
TO 54 HOURS...THE NGM IS COMPLETE AND THE GFS
HAS STARTED ONTIME.
