RADAR MULTICAST DROPOUTS..MOSTLY LESS THAN 15 MIN..DUE TO A
TRANSMIT/RECEIVE PROBLEM.  PROGRAMMERS ARE CURRENTLY WORKING
ON THIS PROBLEM BUT NO IDEA YET HOW LONG IT MAY PERSIST.
