Topic: GOES-12 Reference Longitude Change Message Issued: October 23, 2003, 1130 UTC Satellites Impacted: GOES-12 Products Impacted: GOES-12 Imager and Sounder Data Date/Time of Initial Impact: October 25, 2003 0030 UTC -------------------------- Details: GOES-12 reference longitude of 75.0W will be re-instated on October 25 at approximately 0030Z instead of October 22 as previously noted. GVAR users may notice a slight one-time perspective change when the reference longitude is re-instated.
