NCEP HAS INFORMED NCF THAT TODAY'S MRF MODEL
ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS AND STOPPED PROCESSING
AFTER 168 HOURS.  AN ATTEMPT IS BEING MADE TO
RERUN THE DATA.  SHOULD THIS ATTEMPT FAIL, NEW
MRF DATA WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER THIS
EVENING'S 00Z RUN.
