Topic: Meteosat Scheduled Interruptions Message Issued: January 6, 2005, 1615 UTC Satellites Impacted: Meteosat-8, -7, and -5 Products Impacted: Imagery and Services from Meteosat-8, -7, and -5 Date/Time of Initial Impact: January 10, 2005 ----------------------------------------- Details: Scheduled interruptions for Week 02/2005 Meteosat 0° Service (Meteosat-8):Meteosat-8 SEVIRI Decontamination will start on the 1/10/05. The decontamination will cause the following interruptions to SEVIRI image products:
- 1/10/05: No SEVIRI images from 13:00 until 15:00. Only SEVIRI visible channels images (HRV, VIS0.6, VIS0.8 and NIR1.6) will be available (possibly non nominal quality) from 15:00.
- 1/13/05: No SEVIRI images from 11:00 until 14:00. Degraded IR images from 14:00. Visible images available (possibly non nominal quality).
- 1/14/05: Full imaging mission resumed at 14:00. No Meteosat-8 Meteorological products from 1/10/05 at 13:00 until 1/14/05 at 15:00. Meteosat 0° Service (Meteosat-7) None foreseen. Meteosat 63° Service (Meteosat-5) None foreseen. Dissemination Schedules: Meteosat 0 deg Service: current schedule S0011M01. Meteosat 63 deg Service: current schedule S9904I01.
