141 NOUS72 KNCF 061651 ADMNCF NESDIS IS CONTINUING TO TROUBLE- SHOOT THE GOESWEST OUTAGE AND THEY ARE AWARE OF THE GOESEAST OUTAGE ALSO. THE CAUSE OF BOTH PROBLEMS WAS SOME BAD DATA.
