Model Evaluation Participants,
Due to unacceptable synoptic behavior of the GFS during the final evaluation period, EMC is withdrawing this implementation.
I'd like to thank everyone for their participation in this evaluation. Your efforts help to ensure that NCEP will continue to provide the best quality numerical guidance to the meteorological community.
