The first official sounding from the new upper-air site location at Sterling Virginia (WMO #72403) was taken 00:00 UTC, Sept 19, 2008. 

The new release point latitude and longitude is:  38:58:36 N   77:29:09 W
Release point height is 88.4 meters.
