*UPDATE: February 17, 1252 UTC, 07:52 AM, EST:*ESPC called FNMOC this morning 1210 UTC, 07:10 AM, EST (04:10 AM, PST) and was informed that the missing F-15 dataset problem will be addressed when the system personnel come to work 07:30 - 0800 AM, PST (10:30 - 1100 AM,
EST). *UPDATE*: ESPC was informed by Monterey that problem with F-15 data will be turned over to their day shift staff. ESPC is still not receiving F-15 data.
*UPDATE*: ESPC is still not receiving DMSP datasets for F-15 from FNMOC. They are still investigating the problem.
*Details of the Delay:
*ESPC did not receive DMSP datasets F-15, revs 47456 and 47457 from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center), Monterey, CA. Therefore, SSM/I (Special Sensor Microwave/Image) data is delayed. *Data Affected by the Delay: * SSM/I data *Date and Time of the Delay: *2/16/2009, 1959 UTC, 02:59 PM, EST* ** * *Length of the Delay:*Until further notice
