[nws-changes] 20090318: NAM post processor code

Hi All,
At 9:31 am EDT (1331Z) today, a modification to the NAM post-processor code which corrects a problem with the freezing level heights was implemented into production on the CCS. Please see last week's RFC memo for more details.
