UPDATE: Monterey informed ESPC that this F-15 rev 48256 is unable to be sent to us.
*Details of the Delay: *ESPC did not receive DMSP dataset F-15, rev 48256 from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and 
Oceanographic Center), Monterey, CA. Therefore, SSM/I (Special Sensor
Microwave/Image) data is delayed.
