UPDATE: *October 27, 2009 0445 UTC, ESPC placed a call to UK for an update on missing ERS-2 data 
they will send an E-mail to Rome for an update.*
Update: *October 26, 2009 0515 UTC, ESPC still not receiving ERS-2 data. UK is working to 
resolve the problem.
