NCEP TOOK A SIGNIFICANT POWER HIT. SOME PRODUCTS FROM HPC/OPC AND CPC WILL BE DELAYED. ALSO...THE ECMWF HIRES INTO AWIPS WILL ALSO BE DELAYED...POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANTLY.
