A regional Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared
from 0330 UTC Thu July 08, 2010 (1130PM 7/7) through 1800 UTC Fri July 09, 2010 (2PM 7/9 ). NCEP, NWSTG, NCF, and Southern Region will participate in this CWD to ensure a reliable flow of data. The CWD is in effect due to the potential impact of the tropical system, TD#2, on Southern Texas.
