SUBJECT:  Replacement of the National Weather Service Hourly
          Multi-Sensor Precipitation Estimate Information
          Service Effective October 4, 2010

Effective October 4, 2010, the Hourly Multi-Sensor Precipitation
Estimate Information Service will be discontinued and replaced
by a new Hourly Multi-Sensor Precipitation Estimate Information
Service with more advanced zooming capabilities while retaining
similar functionality and user interface.

The current Hourly Multi-Sensor Precipitation Estimate
Information Service can be found online at:

http://www.srh.noaa.gov//rfcshare/precip_analysis_hourly.php

The new Hourly Multi-Sensor Precipitation Estimate Information
Service can be found online at:

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge2/RFC_Precip/
