[SuomiNet] Suominet - 2 hour network outage wednesday morning.

Our LDM servers, and web servers will be down from 5am to 7 am due to some equipment replacement in our building. Unfortunately 6 am is the 12 HR UTC time slot.
PBO data may be processed OK, as it is collected via FTP, and I think that server is in another building. Possibly the 12hr solution will go out around 7:20 am.
