in the top of manageFilesDirs.conf

 @param  pattern  the pattern to match files or directories, yyyymmdd is a
#         place holder for year, month, day directories


so the line should be:

/data/pub/other/lead/ADAS  ad   25



the yyyymmdd is only for directories.
