[thredds] TDS catalog and NcML aggregation.

Hello,

I have an NcML aggregation which works fine if I use the NcML file
to access data in IDV or ToolsUI. But, when I try and embed  the NcML
into a Thredds catalog , it doesn't seem to work. I am not sure what I am
doing wrong. I have placed both NcML file and Catalog file on my ftp server
for you.
NcML: ftp://www.ssc.hpc.msstate.edu/outgoing/skbhate/nopp/ecom_test_joinExist_new.ncml
TDS Catalog: ftp://www.ssc.hpc.msstate.edu/outgoing/skbhate/nopp/umbbay_catalog.xml
Also, is there a limitation on which service (HTTP or OpenDAP) I use if I am embedding NcML in a TDS catalog ?
