[thredds] Grib data behind script

Hello,

I access a set of grib data from a script.
I would like to offer these data through Thredds server.

I success to manualy extract a grib with my script, put it in a directory
and then access it through Thredds. It works fine !
But now, I would like that Thredds server automatically call my script to
extract the data.

Is there any way to do that ?
