Hi all,

TDS 4.0.15 is now available. This is TDS 4.0 release candidate 1 (RC1).
Please use and give us any feedback. We are planning on this becoming
our stable release within the next week.

Changes in administration and configuration between TDS 3.17 and 4.0 are

Recent changes include:

- Made OPeNDAP response size limits configurable.
- Fix OPeNDAP DDX to include DAS information.
- Re-enabled catalog "Reinit" functionality.
