Im doing a study of the use of BUFR as an exchange format. I need to get, say, 
a days' worth of BUFR messages from the GTS (Global Telecommunications 
Service). Is there anyone who has access to the GTS who could capture that for 
me? The data will be used only for research, and the contents not published.
