Is this the proper forum to request that a tag be added to the CF-1.x
conventions.  In the interest of usability, I would like to see a tag that
contains an Open Geospatial Consortium  WKT representation of the Spatial
Reference System under grid_mapping_name

example
grid_mapping_name:spatial_ref

lambert_conformal_conic:spatial_ref =

This is a well defined standard, and can be read by many applications on the
fly.  It is slightly redundant, but it may improve usability.  a link to ogc
