[thredds] Usability question: Is there a 'parent'-catalog button?

Whenever I browse through the metamod catalogs, I ask myself: Where is
the 'parent catalog' (i.e. 'cd ..')  button. Currently, I solve this by
using the back-button of the browser, but somehow, I expect a link from e.g.

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/thredds/catalog/Unidata/rtmodel/nmm/files/catalog.html

to

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/thredds/idd/rtmodel.html
