I'd like to try it, could you be more specific what I need to do?  Do I need 
the updated geotoolkit-bundle-referencing.jar (3.12) or what is bundled with 
TDS? I searched the thredds web app and didn't find an epsg.properties file. 
What is the path of this file and do you have a sample?
