[thredds] <addProxies> : Two <documentation> entries displayed when viewing catalog

Hi,
 
Have a catalog that configures a <dataScan> complete with <metadata
inherited="true"><documentation></documentation></metatdata> entries for
"rights" and "summary".When viewing the catalog files using a web
browser (IE 8) these entries are correctly displayed for all files.
However, for the same <dataScan> entry have also configured
<addProxies><simpleLatest
/><completeLatest></latestComplete></addProxies> entries and when
viewing the files associated with them there are two identical lines of
"rights" and "summary" displayed.
 
Anyone else every come across this?
