[thredds] WCS 1.1 support

Hey,

does the current version of the TDS (4.2.9) support the WCS 1.1.0
specification or higher? Do you know other solutions to access 'griddable
data' (NetCDF and GRIB) via the OGC WCS 1.1 interface?
