Release 4.3.13 of both CDM (beta) and TDS (alpha) is now ready, with
links from the usual places:

These releases have two important new features that we would like to get
feedback on:

  1) The CDM is now able to write netcdf-4 files, when the netcdf4 C
library is loaded (alpha). See:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/reference/netcdf4Clibrary.html

  2) The TDS netcdf subset service has new features, including:
    - subsetting in projection space is possible
    - can output to netcdf-4 files
    - improved user interface

If you are building from source, use the target-4.3.13 branch.
