[thredds] ajp_connector and thredds

I am setting up some new machine to run TDS, and am switching to using the 
amp_connector to put tomcat behind apache httpd.  I have one question - I have 
a lot of settings in my http connector on port 8080, do I need the same 
settings in the amp_connector or can I leave that vanilla and it is sufficient 
to have the settings on the http connector?
