I did do that - it appears to be done with all index building (gbx9 and ncx files present) but it's still very slow. It keeps saying that it is scanning the forecast cycle directories which I'm not using. I suspect it may be because the "best" time series crosses forecast cycles, whereas I only want one forecast cycle at a time. I've created a test folder with only 1 forecast cycle in it. When I re-try the exact same thing with this folder, everything runs as fast as before with a full extraction in 5 minutes.
