Since we have a UGRID class for netCDF-Java & Thredds (thanks to Kyle Wilcox)
https://github.com/asascience-open/NetCDF-Java-UGRID
it would be nice if the TDS could detect featureType=ugrid and do the
right thing with FMRC.

It becoming increasingly more important, as we have now have at least
6 ocean forecast models around the country using unstructured grids.
