I just checked, and that's what we have on our live system. I think you
need to adjust the library name given in threddsConfig.xml. If the .so is
located in /usr/local/lib, this should be:

  <Netcdf4Clibrary>
    <libraryPath>/usr/local/lib</libraryPath>
    <libraryName>netcdf</libraryName>
  </Netcdf4Clibrary>
