[thredds] Required Tomcat version for TDS 4.6

Hi all,
According to http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/thredds/current/tds/UpgradingTo4.6.html, TDS 4.6 needs at least Tomcat version 7.0.43. But the 7.0.43 version of Tomcat was never released: http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/changelog.html. I am therefore (hopefully) wondering if there is a typo here. Maybe the correct requirement should be version 7.0.33, which is a released version.
This is of some importance to us since we are planning to install TDS 4.6 on a RHEL6 system, that according to our system administrator only support Tomcat up to 7.0.33.
