Hi Brad,

I made "edu.ucar:jj2000:5.3-SNAPSHOT" and deployed it to our snapshots repo
[1]. I can't remember if that's visible to the public or not. If it is, you
could add that repo to your Maven POM. Or, you could just wait until we do
a proper release of netcdf-java 4.6.2 and jj2000 5.3 to our releases repo
[2], hopefully this week.
