Hi Dan, I cannot recreate this issue in the latest release of tdm (v4.6.3). That's really weird because the hash you gave for tdm-4.6.jar is the same one I have (c97a881c1a7960df2c366d04e9ea5f1b), and yet the line numbers in the stack trace don't make sense (many of them correspond to lines that aren't even executable). This may be a dumb question, but are you absolutely sure that you're using the latest version [1]? As a sanity check, it might help to download a fresh copy and try again.
