[thredds] NetcdfSubset - 404 Error

I have a THREDDS 5.4 server running on top of Tomcat 8.5.
When attempting to access the data using the NetcdfSubset service a 404
error is given from Tomcat. The error description states: "The origin
server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is
not willing to disclose that one exists." This seems to happen for all
data, though I haven't been able to test more than a few datasets.
This seems to have occurred after an update to the server which included an
updated Tomcat, currently 8.5.100. An upgrade to Tomcat 9 or 10 is planned.
