Hi THREDDS users,

We have done some necessary upgrades including from Spring 5.x to 6.x.
These changes mean that if you want to use the latest 5.6-SNAPSHOT you will
need:

- JDK 17 and Tomcat 10.x (see also documentation here
<https://docs.unidata.ucar.edu/tds/5.6/userguide/install_java_tomcat.html>)
- extra JVM arguments (see CHRONICLE_CACHE here
<https://docs.unidata.ucar.edu/tds/5.6/userguide/running_tomcat.html#setting-java_home-java_opts-catalina_home-catalina_base-and-content_root>
).

We hope to release a version 5.6 with these upgrades in the near future. So
