[udunits] Problems installing udunits-2.2.25 with EXPAT

Hi,

I have successfully installed EXPAT on a local directory since it seems
it wasn't installed on the system, then tried to build udunits using:

CC=icc CXX=icpc ./configure LDFLAG="-L/lustre/home/z04/user/tickets/expat/lib"

but I still get the same error configure: error: cannot find EXPAT function 
XML_StopParser

Checking the config.log I can see that configure still uses -lexpat but it does 
not add -L/lustre/home/z04/user/tickets/expat/lib.
Nevertheless, it has also been added to LD_LIBRARY_PATH, what is really going 
on here?
