Mahakur, As UNIDATA is currently...in abeyance let's call it. I'll try and answer. And the answer is "no". Now, our group did try and come up with an interface here: https://github.com/GMAO-SI-Team/fortran_udunits2 which was based on another's work. And it did sort of work for us, but in the end in our work, we sort of did a different implementation. Still, that repo above is sort of fortran interface to udunits2. Not really supported but you can fork and try it out?
