Re: colormaps

Hi Kathy Lee,
 
Both the grey scale color map (default when you just addMap
a ScalarMap to Display.RGB) and the color spectrum color map
(when you pass the ScalarMap to LabeledRGBWidget) have 256
entries.  So the difference in resolution is (hopefully)
just color perception.

Clicking the right or center mouse button switches the left
button between red, green and blue (and alpha, for a
LabeledRGBAWidget).
