I am trying to run the VisAD example "TestArea", for which I need the McIDAS
data files "AREA0007" and "OUTLUSAM".  When I try to get them from

  ftp://allegro.ssec.wisc.edu/visad 

(per instructions given in a "README" file that I found), I can't connect
to that FTP site.  Is the site just temporarily down or is there now some
other way to pick up these two files?
