I am searching for a program that will allow uses to enter data (numeric)
via internet and view the changes on the net.

Basic example:

We manage multiple apartment properties:

Each complex has approx 100 units.

The resident manager can unput: rents collected, Maintenance, utility costs,
etc.

After data input the resident manager, Owner and property manager can view
the results.

Questions:

What are the platform and server requirements?

Can this be done at all ?



I am a novice designer and understand just enough to make me crazy.
