No, I have not done anything with this.  Luke sent me his
version of AxisScale.java, but it does not work for the
secondary axis and I have not had time to work on it.
It's just a matter of figuring out the right base,
up, and start parameters to PlotText, but I haven't had
the time to work on it.  If you are only using the primary
axis, then it seems to work.  I'm not sure it works with
differnent fonts than the default.
