Re: AxisScale Problem (half visible)

This problem must have been inadvertently introduced by
efforts to end the overlap of axis labels. I have put a
temporary (and possibly not universal) fix in:

  ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/visad-2.0/untested/AxisScale.java
