Hi Olver,
My best experience with what it looks like you are trying to to take your Gridded2DSet as the argument for DelaunayCustom.fill() 

I.e.,

Gridded2DSet outlineSet
Irregular2DSet filledSet = DelaunayCustom.fill(outlineSet);
